School environment is very essential in determining the educational achievement of the students.  The National Association for the Education of young children (1991) asserts that the indoor and outdoor physical environment fosters optimal growth and development though opportunities for exploration and learning.  The environment of a school would be such that would boost and motivate learners to learn.  It is believed that speed and effectiveness of educational expansion would largely depend on the development of suitable and economics school building facilities.  This is one of the major reasons why government took over secondary school so as to maintain, provide a uniform standard in
