INTRODUCTION

1.1       BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

In everything that we do there is always a result. Just as the things that we do are sometimes the result of some specific event that led us to do it, we do things because we feel it is right things to do.[Emelda M. 2011, and Theresa Ramos,2013]. Causes and effects of Inter-professional Conflicts is a continuous series of actions which rationally follows from one action to the other. Almost all the circumstances in our lives have been under these two notions. They are also inseparable, meaning, when there is a cause there would be an effect and vice versa.

[Dougan and Mulky, 1996]. The Questioning of one own motive and prejudices, the sincere attempt to see if in fact the other position is nearer the truth and if need to be admitting ones  error are in measure alternatives to wider conflicts in different health professionals.

According to Fote, [1997], conflict is a complex behavior.IT can occur on various levels-interpersonal, intrapersonal, intra--group or intergroup. Intrapersonal conflict which occurs within one individual, interpersonal conflict which occur between two or more individuals, intra-group conflict which occurs within one group, inter-group conflict which occurs between two or more group of people. According to the definition of conflict. One party perceives that its interest are being opposed or negatively affected by another party. ‘The consequent conflict is real, nonetheless. The issues that arise to cause conflict may be genuine.
