It is then become imperative to look in media so as to know their functions and effects on teenagers in rural communities. According to S. Adedokun, the tradition functions of mass media (Radio) are to inform, educate and entertain the masses, later Dennis Masque added few other function of media (Radio) viz, surveillance, molding of people’s opinion, correlation and coordinating of fact among others.
