The manual system of managing this information is time consuming and it is also difficult to update duty records. To overcome these problems, a software system is needed to automate the manual process. The benefit of the system is that it will enable the management of the institution to easily assign and update duties record. The software development methodology used is object oriented analysis and design methodology and the programming language used is Visual Basic 6.0.
